Beautiful Self Catering Waterfront Apartment in Falmouth
2 bedroom apartment, funished to high standard, best suited for 2 to 4 people This is our holiday home in a great location. designed to enable you to arrive and get on with enjoying your holiday. Perfect for a restful week or for visiting all that Cornwall has to offer. Fitted to highest quality. Views from all rooms and private patio. Secure underground parking. Plenty of amenties: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine / dryer, flat screen TVs, DVD player etc. Barkadeer is a lovely apartment overlooking Falmouth harbour and the Fal Estuary. It is only a short 300 yards walk from the town yet it is very quiet and private. The apartment is our holiday home and also available for letting. It is fitted throughout to a very high standard. There is a large open plan lounge leading onto a patio area with table, chairs and fantastic views.The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower and toilet and its own balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and harbour views. The family bathroom has a bath with shower and a toilet. There are also two single sofa beds provided. The kitchen includes a washer / dryer, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment is perfect for one or two couples or a family. We provide extras for the younger guests including cot, high chair, small persons cutlery and crockery, Playstation (with a supply of games) and more traditional board games. We try to include all those little things you need on day one to allow you to start your holiday as quickly as possible, such as a welcome pack of milk, coffee, tea, sugar and flowers, a bottle of wine and a supply of useful 'bits' such as condiments, washing powders, foil, rubbish bags etc Barkadeer has its own dedicated underground parking space (not suitable for high vehicles) and there is plenty of free street parking nearby. Within 300 yds you will find shops, restuarants and pubs and also the Falmouth boat services to Truro, St Mawes, Helford and many other places. The apartment is exceptionally located - fantastic views, privacy and the convenience of being close to the town all combined. If you chose to visit we are sure you will not regret your decision. Notes: Barkadeer is a great place to spend a holiday. It is our holiday home and fitted to a high standard. We like to arrive, park the car and then spend a car free week. But then again, there is so much to see within 30 miles that other weeks we use the car quite a lot. Like many Cornish properties, the apartment is accessed by a series of steps. These number around 40 for each direction of access. If you can manage stairs in a two story house they should be no problem.
