Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large covered terrace. Extensive sun terraces surround a 7m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps. Pool Heating will be available from Nov 08. There are also sun loungers, patio furniture and a BBQ . The villa has mature gardens with lawns and distant sea views.
