An 8-minute drive from Passignano sul Trasimeno, "Villa Primaluce Trasimeno" is a luxurious independent countryhouse, immersed in nature, which offers free Wi-Fi, a small fitness room with sauna open year round and an outdoor swimming pool (open from May to September).
Additional Extras that may be required, with extra payment: SAUNA AND RENTAL MOUNTAIN, BARBECUE AREA, USE FIREPLACE, KITCHEN USE IN THE EVENT OF OPTION B & B (in rent instead of the whole structure is already including the use of the kitchen).
The property boasts a patio, a terrace with views of Lake Trasimeno, different spaces, barbecue, swimming pool 12m. , Fitness room and sauna. Features ceilings with exposed beams and stone walls, this villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, and a private bathroom with bath or shower, hair dryer. Many places nearby that you can visit including the Spectacular and Unique "Frasassi Grotte", not to be missed!
