(private villa, privately gated, NOT in a complex, all facilites for exclusive use) The location is perfect for those wishing a central position to the many charms of the Bodrum Peninsula, with the setting framed by farmland and a quiet, natural view out on a small olive grove and hills beyond. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities, starting with the private pool which has in-pool seating and poolside pergola to escape the mid day sun. A few steps from the pool is a Beach Volleyball court (aka Kids' Beach) and a large grass lawn that lends itself to a family game of football. In the backyard you will find the organic vegetable gardens (help yourslef to what you find) as well as the badminton and half basketball court. Villa Tortuga is a perfect rental for the whole family.

Great area for long walks, quiet area with very few neighbours or noise...

Bodrum Golf and Tennis Club is one mile away (driving range, 9 par-3 holes, 5 clay tennis courts, spa, clubhouse & restaurant).

Pool and grounds will be looked after by our gardener 4 days a week.
