Our house, almost in the centre of Hvar (built 1986, completely renovated and newly equipped in the last years), is situated on the small St. Marko square, surrounded by historical buildings and a church/museum. Only a few steps will bring you to the centre. The tropical garden of the house is a favorite motive for photographers.

Payment Policy

Minimum stay: 3 days. During the high season the min. stay is 5 days.
An additional adult costs 25% of the apartment price, additional children up to 6 are free, from 6-14 a markup of 20% for each child are due.

Included: Local tax, bedlinen (once a week), towels (twice a week), electricity, Internet WiFi, etc. "all inclusive" with exception of final cleaning , for 30.-€.

Cleaning: An additional cleaning and change of bed linnen after 7 days is included in the price
Crib : Available and for free
Pets: only on agreement
Smoking: Our apartments are NON SMOKING units
Other: A personal Hvar guide is available and will be forwarded to you by email after a reservation.
Breakfast (swedish buffet) in the nearby Hotel Park (****) possible.

Cancelation Policy

Payment/cancellation: 1/3 of the total sum incl. final cleaning due at registration, balance should be paid 10 days before arrival date to our account or with Paypal or at arrival in cash. Cancellation without cost up to 60 days before arrival date, for a later cancellation the advanced payment will be retained. In case of departure earlier than agreed a payback can be negotiated. Payment from EU countries in € without additional cost to my bank account, from other countries with Paypal even with creditcards. Payments from Croatia in Kunas calculated at the medium actual exchange rate of NBH to my local kuna account.
