The villa was built on the site of old stone house with the attic that offers a view of the beach of Santa Marina, Cervar, Porec, Sv. Nicholas island and other attractive places.
The house is partly furnished with antique and valuable furniture that was found in the house (cabinets, chests, oil lamp, etc.), and is partly a legacy of the older generations of the family. The villa has retained the original spirit of Istrian history: ancient stone, wooden beams, floorboards, fireplace, blacksmith and carpentry details.
The sea is less than a kilometer away, and the villa has a large swimming pool where guests can relax and sunbathe. The house has two floors on 140 m2 with two bedrooms for up to four people, so guests can enjoy the intimate and homely atmosphere. Villa also features a new olive oil tasting room where you can try Meraviglia olive oil and Istrian delicacies.

Every year "Lorymasks" workshop makes tens of thousands of original masks, Bauta, Colombina, Harlequin and many other characters, which are exported to Venice. During the Venice Carnival, tens of thousands of people are wearing masks produced in "Lorymasks" workshop. Each mask has a certificate of a true handmade product.
Masks are made by hand, primarily for the owners of shops selling masks, but also for private clients who want to decorate their home with original masks, theatrical performances, balls and movies.
