Ca 'Spina is an independent rustic house, renovated in 2011 and made available to those who want to discover our territory: Valpolicella, Verona, Lake Garda and Lessinia. It's the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a relaxing vacation or an extended stay. It has a small terrace, large enclosed garden with an electric gate. The carpark is private and closed. The rooms are tastefully decorated and complete with linen. The home consists of a full kitchen with a single sofabed, a bedroom and a bathroom wit shower and bidet. There are also: two TVs, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven, caffee maker, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, bbq, washing machine and refrigerated wine celler with our best wine. The wi-fi service is available upon a request for a fee. Your faithful four legged friends are also welcome at no extra cost and will be very happy. Ca'Spina is just 600 meters from the town center, only a quarter of an hour from Verona or Lake Garda, only 100 kms from Venice: one hour by train! Bars, bakeries, renowned wineries and fine restaurants are easily reachable on foot. On Sunday, there is the weekly market in the main square and you can get fresh fruits and vegetables, local cheeses and meats, etc.. Ca' Spina is open all year round.
