Payment Policy

Our rental terms : 1. The accommodation is available on arrival dates after 16.00 hours. On departure date until 10.00 hours. Latest arrival 23H00. 2. In high season (July-August) arrival and departure on Saturday. Sunday on request. During the other seasons is daily arrival possible. 3. Prices do not include the mandatory final cleaning. Costs for the Villa "Vista Mare" € 80.00 and for the Chalet "Moia Vista" € 55.00. 4. Prices are excluding the tourist tax of € 0.70 per person per night. 5. During the period October 1 to April 30 an amount of € 35.00 per week is charged for electricity. 6. Pets on request (€ 5.00 per day). 7. In relation to the "final inspection" a deposit is charged per accommodation ((Villa € 250.00 – Chalet € 150.00). Outstanding items and any damages will be settled with the deposit. If necessary, an additional invoice will be sent. 8. The deposit or the remainder thereof will be transferred within 7 days after departure provided the property is abandoned in accordance with our cleaning requirements and no damage amounts need to be settled. Amounts less than € 10.00 will not be refunded. 9. Swimming pool use: it is up to the client to take every precaution when using these facilities, particularly if they are staying with young children for whom they must provide supervision. By signing our Rental Terms on the reservation confirmation, the client releases Residence Serenamore/Solimare of any liability in the event of an accident involving him/herself.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation: more than 3 months before your arrival date, we will refund the 30% deposit. If canceled within 3 to 2 months before the arrival date you pay 50%. If canceled 2 to 1 month before the date arrival you pay 90% and 100% for cancellation at the effective date. Any refund is deducted with the administration costs.
