San Giuliano is a cottage in the Southern part of Umbertide in the Italian region of Umbria, at the border with Tuscany. There are several restaurants just minutes away by car.

It is an individual cottage with its own flower garden and swimming pool (6 x 12 metres). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a big living room with fire place and a big kitchen with fire place as well.

Antognolla Golf Course, 18 holes, 7 km from San Giuliano home
Distant from the house 9 km, there is the famous Antognolla Golf.
18 hole golf course par 71 in 600 acres of land, dominated by the imposing presence of the medieval castle of Antognolla. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.. The clubhouse offers a pro-shop, a bar and a quality restaurant with a menu focusing on local specialities.
