Introduction

Our website offers information on our luxury self catering holiday rental home. Located in Listowel, Kerry - the heart of the beautiful south-west, it is ideally located as a base for reunions, enjoying a summer holiday home, or even a golfing trip or holiday.

Layout and Facilities

The house itself has 6 bedrooms (sleeps 10), all ensuite - including power showers with bodyjets, with one en-suite specially designed for disabled persons.

Available from the Summer 2015 season onwards is a games room containing a pool table and a mud-room for use after outdoor activity

Access to the holiday home is also designed to cater for disabled persons. It stands in large landscaped grounds, and is easily accessible at just 1 mile from the Heritage Town of Listowel.

Internet

The house provides Wi-Fi enabled Broadband Internet facilities, available upon request. This will support laptops, smartphones (iPhone etc) and any other Wi-Fi enabled device, allowing you to still be connected to business, leisure or social interests while on holiday.

Free of charge, all bed linen and towels. A Welcome Pack is provided also on arrival.

On Your Arrival: You will receive a Welcome Pack and Complimentary voucher for adults & children to the Crag Cave in Castleisland, County Kerry

Package Addon: In addition to the included Crag Cave tickets, we can offer discounted tickets for Dolphinwatch Carrigaholt. Please contact us to enquire about this exciting option.

Dates: All Bookings are made in weeks, with each rental week starting on a Saturday, and ending the following Saturday.

Check-In/Check-Out: As a general rule, unless arranged before the start of your stay, check-in time on saturdays are 4pm and check-out time the following saturday is noon/midday.

Oil & Electricity: The property uses Oil Central Heating, and Electric Oven/Hob. Costs are included in the rental fees.

Internet: Internet access is available on request, at no extra charge. Note: 2000MB of data usage is included. Usage beyond this cannot be guaranteed.

Deposits: When booking you will be advised of the deposit required. In general, the deposit is calculated at 25% of the rental fee. This can be paid via credit card via a PayPal account
