It has a great room with comfortable bed sofa, the zone lunch is furnished with a lot of taste and you will find all the comforts and the options that can serve you.
The four rooms, two matrimonial rooms, one double room and one single room they lean out on the balcony with sight sea, they are characterized by an elevated degree of comfort, they are furnished of bed linen, there are two bath, one with shower, one with tub and towels, all are endowed with balcony and the kitchen is super equipped, there is what it is necessary for preparing the meals in the house and if it needs you can require with extra charge a chef that will prepare for you delicious dishes of the Mediterranean kitchen. The terrace with patio is equipped with table and chairs and couches and outside slacker from which can be enjoyed some sight of Capri and the spectacular sunsets. The solarium is equipped with sun bed and you can enjoy some quiet of our ownership, where you will listen only to the song of the birds and the sound of the sea. The car is recommended and it is possible to park inside the park.
To access the villa there are 5 stairs, where you will be offered you without any expense the service sea, sun bed and sun umbrella every day for all the guests. From our beach it is possible to rent boats to reach the islands in Capri and Ischia or Positano, Amalfi and as other destinations.
With a pleasant walk on the waterfront it in few minutes the characteristic Port of Marina of the Lobra, where there are good restaurants, pizzeria, cafe, minimarket and disco.

Our party stayed in this beautiful villa from July 5 thru July 12. Lorenzo was more than helpful with our check in and was always just a phone call away. A great property manager indeed. The view is priceless, particularly at sunset. Every bedroom opens to the terrace. We had all our meals on the terrace and it was wonderful. I will say this villa is AMAZING, with one caveat: Getting around the local area, on foot, is not for the faint of heart. You will need to be healthy and in reasonable shape to walk in the local area (i.e. down to the beach and marina, up to the bus stop and the town of Massa Lubrense). We had a 70 yr old with us and the walking became too much after a few days. If you can handle the physical demands of local walking or just settle for a taxi to get around, you will LOVE this place.

We have spent two days in Lorenzo's villa with my family celebrating my mom's birthday. It was a clean, well equipped place with beautiful view to Capri from all of the rooms. We had such a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others! Lorenzo was really helpful and always available to answer our questions. The area is amazing and it is easy to visit Capri with hydrofoil. Thank you for everything, I am sure we will visit this place in the future!

Our extended family arrived in mid-July and was immediately captivated by the gorgeous view of Capri, the Gulf of Naples, Ischia, and the boats and ships that criss-cross the full sea view. We all loved it--ages 25-63. We swam daily in the buoyant waters of the local beach. The beach is 40 steps down, so physical flexibility is necessary to enjoy it. The water is an absolutely perfect temperature.
The design of the unit is functional for a group, with each bedroom opening out to the prime living space of the substantial porch with its beautiful large dining table of local ceramic design. All of the spaces have AC, which helped during the July 2013 heat wave! Bathrooms and kitchen were functional and supported our collaborative style of cooking.
Our hosts were most helpful even when we lost items such as credit cards and passports! They are a part of the Massa Lubrense community and therefore great local resources for good places to eat!
We recommend Villa Sirena to families who want to enjoy local life with mesmerizing and peaceful views, gentle sea breezes, and a warmly accommodating taste of Italian hospitality and beauty.

Villa was very spacious, modern, clean and well appointed. The outside covered veranda had sensational views of the Bay of Sorrento as well as Capri. Below, we could plainly see the beach, fishing boats in the bay and Ischia. The sunsets were beautiful. Very convenient to Sorrento and the surrounding hill villages as well as the gateway to the Amalfi coast. Parking right outside the villa.
Everything worked as advertised and having a washer was a huge plus for an extended visit. Lorenzo, the owner, was extremely helpful and whenever called, appeared in minutes. Always pleasant and willing to aid in any way possible.
We would most certainly stay here when we return to the area.
