Enjoy both sides of Florida life in Venice - the picture-postcard beach vacation with gorgeous sunsets and a warm sense of genuine community in the nearby town. The charming town of Venice offers find coffee shops, seafood restaurants and great window shopping. Both Venice Beach and the famous Venice landmark Sharky's on the Pier are both within walking or biking distance.
The Venice Little Theater sparkles with frequent plays, shows and musical reviews.
If exploring is your thing, you'll enjoy the easy stroll to the beach just 3/10 mile to the voluntary HOA beach access. You'll love Venice's beaches with miles of white sand offering plenty of opportunities to swim, fish, walk and search for shells and Venice's famous shark's teeth.
Nearby is the Legacy Trail, a 20 mile recreational trail for bikers, joggers and walkers.
Pets are welcome and for their pleasure there is a Pet Beach Park just down the street past the ever popular Sharky's on the Pier all just moments away. Enjoy ocean views while dining and take an after-dinner walk along the pier extending into the Gulf of Mexico. .
