Wonderful Farmhouse with five comfortable flats in Umbertide

Casale degli Olmi farmhouse is situated in Umbertide, a panoramic location on the Upper Valley of the Tiber near Perugia and Tuscany; it is typical of the Umbrian countryside. Your holiday will be enhanced by our welcoming hospitality.

The house is divided into five comfortable flats, one of which is adapted for disabled access. Each flat is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV (free channels), broadband internet connection and central heating.

Two public rooms on the ground floor, with a computer with broadband internet connection, and a reserved play area for children, are available to all our guests.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden with seats, a barbecue, a children’s playground and a chlorine-free swimming pool for adults and children.

There are many interesting places nearby which can be reached on foot or by mountain bike and just a few hundred metres away, the Tiber is a recognised international fishing competition site; there is also a slipway for kayaking.

SALCE (2 pax, 30 mq) : Two-roomed flat on the first floor composed by a kitchen with dining table, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

SÙCCINO (2+1 pax, 34 mq) : Two-roomed flat on the ground floor with private entrance composed by a kitchen with dining table and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

CERQUA (2+2 pax, 45 mq) : Three-roomed flat on the first floor composed by a kitchen with dining table, living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

CERÀSO (2+2 pax, 45 mq) : Two-roomed flat on the ground floor with private entrance and accessible to disable people composed by a kitchen with dining table, living room with double sofa bed and double bedroom (open space), bathroom with shower.

ALBARÒNE (2+3 pax, 50 mq) : Two-roomed flat on the first floor composed by a large kitchen with dining table and double sofa bed, double bedroom with additional single bed and walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower. And at Casale degli Olmi we offer a tasting of our extravergin olive oil.

About Host :
Fabrizio is an agricultural engineer. He moved to Umbria from Milan to run the farm created by his father’s parents. He Is very keen on mountain climbing, sailing and scuba diving.

Valentina was born in 1996, she attends languages high school. She is outgoing, friendly, she loves reading and chat with friends. Like a father, she love to dive.

Francesco was born in 1998. He is also very friendly and dynamic, he loves animals and nature. He is very keen on fossils, dinosaurs and Harry Potter. He is a scout.

They both hope to meet lots of friends.
Minù, Stella, Tigro and Penny our animals friends nice and funny.

From Bologna: Motorway A14 towards Ancona, exit Cesena Nord,

By Train :
Ferrovie dello Stato (Firenze-Roma line), Perugia / Ponte San Giovanni station.
Then Ferrovia Centrale Umbra, Sansepolcro-Terni line, from Perugia / Ponte San Giovanni station to the station in Umbertide.

By Plane :
S. Egidio (Perugia) Regional Airport 30 Km away.
