CANCELLATION PENALTIES
Cancellations of confirmed reservations have to be notified exclusively by email and they will be subject to the following penalties :

for reservations beginning up to June/31st or after August/21th :

- none if notified before 30 days from arrival date

- 20% of total due amount if notified before 15 days from arrival date
-
- 50% of total due amount if notifie during last 15 days from arrival date or for no show

For reservations between July/1st and August/20th :

- none if notified before 30 days from arrival date

- 33% of total due amount if notified before 15 days from arrival date
