Luxury 4-Bedroom Villa With Pool, Sauna and Fitness
Villa Stožak is perfect choice for exploring the best that Dalmatia offers because it is located near small picturesque town Omiš (7km) where you can sense the Mediterranean atmosphere which offers you beautiful sand and stone beaches and if you are looking for more active holiday nearby there are zipline, free climbing, paragliding, rafting, canoeing, bicycling and much more like boat tours on the river Cetina and on the sea including visiting nearest island.
Also the capital town of Dalmatia, town Split, is only 18km from villa and offers amazing and unforgettable historical old part full of life and other attractive activities for each taste.
The villa Stožak is built in 2015 and is full equipped with everything you need for comfortable holiday including towels and linen for 10 persons. At the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room with fireplace, the sauna place with freestanding tub and shower, fitness room and a toilet. At the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bigger rooms have there own bathroom). Each room in the house is air-conditioned. Outside there is a pool 30m2, small house with summer kitchen, toilet, barbecue and also big TV, behind the house there is a meadow 120m2 for relaxing or playing.
We live 500m from villa Stožak and we are happy to respond to your questions and requirements, we also regularly maintain the pool early in the morning to respect your privacy.
Minimum stay in the period of 28th May till 16th September is one week (7 days). Arrival and departure in preseason and post season is on Saturday, only in main season from July 3rd till September 4th changeover day is SUNDAY , departure till 10am and arrival from 4pm, so booking can be for one, two ore more weeks. For period till 28th May and after September 24th there is possibility to book for minimum 4 days, so arrival and departure for that period can be any day in week.

It is necessary to pay in advance 30% of the total amount on account. The remaining amount to be paid upon arrival at Villa Stožak. Security deposit is 200 EUR and paid for on arrival and takes on departure.
