Our rooms and studios are newly renovated and has AC, TV, fridge, balcony or veranda and the studios have kitchenettes. The accommodation is surrounded by Chora’s picturesque narrow streets with white washed houses, churches and overlooking the majestic windmills.

Pension Marousso are recently renovated with 4 double rooms and 5 studios which can accommodate 2-3 persons. The accommodation has all the comfort you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
The rooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning, fridge (or mini-bar), TV, veranda or balcony and furnished suitable for a practical stay. The studios have also a fully equiped kitchenette.
The rooms are serviced every day, sheets and towels are changed every 3rd day. Transports from the port can be arranged up on request.
Breakfast is not included in the price. Either you can prepare yourself in your studio or visit one of the nearby tavernas or cafes.

Pension Marousso is situated in Chora, the capital of Amorgos island. It is a medieval village hidden behind the mountains in an altitude of 400 metres above the sea surrounded by windmills. Chora is dominated by a 13th century Venetian castle, the historic rock with a height of 210 feet has had built into it for more than fifteen centuries the church of Kera Leousa (Lady of mercy).
To walk in Chora is like stepping in the dream of the perfect Greek village with its narrow winding alleys, whitewashed houses, charming squares and a lot of beautiful churches. You have also a big selection of nice and cosy taverns, café and shops.
The beaches near the village are known for their clear waters, the best being those of Agia Anna and the one of Kambi.

The museum contains some interesting pieces excavated on the island including remnants of the Minoan civilisation which existed here more than 4000 years ago.
