Vigne Vecchie is an old stone farmhouse, that sits in privacy on a hill top, surrounded by olive groves and woods. It enjoys beautiful views of the rolling hills that leads down to the lake of Bolsena. The house is comfortably furnished for 6 people. The swimming pool is situated on the highest point of the property, where it is possible to enjoy the stunning views of the countryside and of the lake. Ground floor Large living room with an open fireplace & TV leading into a second small sitting room, also with a fireplace, and out to the paved terrace. Dining room.
Well equipped kitchen provided with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with a pantry leading out under a loggia fitted with a pizza oven and barbecue. A second loggia with a large dining table faces the lake. First floor Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. A twin and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. Grounds Private pool, 9.2 x 4.6m /31 x 14 feet, with a ladder. The Villa is surrounded by 8 ha/20 acres of gardens, cobbled terraces, olive groves and woods. Access unpaved road.
