Luxury Apartment Located in the Heart of Venice

Ca' Gigia is located in the heart of Venice, about 100-150 meters from the Basilica dei Frari, one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals in Venice. The Rialto Bridge is within walking distance as well. A fish and vegetable market nearby make it convenient to save a little money by cooking some meals in the apartment during your stay.

There are also two supermarkets close by. The vaporettos depart in all directions from a nearby canal stop. Ca' Gigio is a bright and quiet apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. It can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofabed, in the same room but in two well-separated sleeping areas. It's located on the first floor (no elevator) of a picturesque typical Venetian building.

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, dishwasher, hair dryer, washer, radio, phone (with free calls in Italy to landline phones), and use of Internet at an additional cost. Guests have access to a prepaid Internet card that the owners provide, and the fee is 1 euro per hour.

Easily accessible from the main station to Piazzale Roma in no more than 10 minutes on foot or by water bus stops, line one, direction Rialto.

Polo, excellent food. Spritz at the bar of the Offices of two years, at the end of Calle Vallaresso S.Marco.Pasti fast on the Grand Canal in front of the Church of the Salute. Fish and vegetable market on the Grand Canal in Rialto.Ottimi prices around noon.

By : isabelle f. on May : 2014 Description tout à fait conforme - Rien ne manque pour un séjour parfait, vaisselle en abondance, lave vaisselle, lave linge, tout l'équipement nécessaire.... le quartier très pittoresque de San Polo, loin de la foule, le logement dans une cour intérieure garantissant un calme étonnant à Venise, la proximité de tous les endroits à visiter, les conseils de Daniela, à quelques pas l'osteria Da Baffo, excellente cuisine vénitienne, bon rapport qualité/prix, la terrasse sur le Campo, en bordure de petit canal, des magasins alimentaires à proximité. Un quart d'heure est nécessaire pour rejoindre la gare ou la Piazzale Roma pour prendre le bus qui mène à l'aéroport. Bref, un séjour parfait. Grazie Daniela, il Suo appartamento è un sogno e ci torneremo la prossima volta che verremo a Venezia. A recommander absolument !!!

Situé au 1er étage dans une petite cours en plein centre de Venise. Équipement extrêmement complet, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, four, micro-onde, matériel de cuisine. Le matelas est confortable, le wifi fonctionne. Nous garderons l'adresse pour un autre séjour éventuel.

In ottima posizione per la visita della città, è particolarmente indicato per due persone, ma la presenza di un divano letto consente anche maggior capienza. La proprietaria è molto cordiale, sia nel contatto telefonico che di persona."
