Our menu is just a journey. In ancient flavors and authentic cuisine of Abruzzo. All of our kitchen, is typical and homegrown.
Beginning with the bread and the "pallottine" baked to accompany appetizers, consisting of meats and cheeses selected from the best producers in the area. The various proposals pastas are all hand-made, faithfully respecting the historical method that is handed down from generation to generation, as well as sauces and condiments.
