Luxury Apartment Located in the Center of Verona
Independent apartment in a historic building in the 700, just a few meters from the Arena. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one is a suite), 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. Also available washing machine and iron. The suite is a spacious double room with sofa, satellite TV and bathroom with shower with chromotherapy. In the room you can get other 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The second room is equipped with bath and large shower with chromotherapy. In the living area have another satellite TV, and you can add another 2 single beds or a double bed. All beds are orthopedic.
The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, kettle / kettle, microwave, washing machine). Throughout the apartment there is air conditioning, heating and free internet wi-fi.
The bathrooms are equipped with towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer and color therapy.
The bus stops are less than 200 meters.
Inside you will find brochures and a map of the city of Verona. They are also available to guests books, guidebooks and magazines.

Payment Policy

Rates are for 4 people. Each extra person 20 euro per day. Children under 3 are free and cot and baby accessories are free including stroller courtesy when needed.
Pets are charged extra 5 € per day and damages are paid by the landlord.
For check-in after 22 extra 20 euro. Check out 10.30.
The apartment is non-smoking, otherwise will be charged the cost of penalty for sanitizing environments of 300 euro
