The villa builded on a slope going to the Adriatic sea, has four floors, groundfloor with garage and boiler room acessible from the lower street, 1st floor apartment (nº4) with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-living and 2 terraces. One bedroom is ensuite. The other is equipped with a washing machine.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, iron, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven etc.One bedroom has airconditioning. Front Terrace is equipped with seats and table and parasol and protected also by a vine.
The gas boiler provides hot water and central heating for all the building. Along the eastern façade, there is a ramp acessible by cars, which gives access to the 1st and 2d floors and to the 3rd floor by stairs. The upper road is at the level of 2d floor where there is also a garage.
The 2d. floor includes 3 apartments, 1 of 2 bedrooms(nº 1) with capacity for 6 people when using a sofa bed, living-kitchen , showerroom and a large terrace with laser equipment, and two of 1 bedroom(nºs 2 & 3) also fully equipped and with terrace every one with a sofabed .There is also a child bed in Apt. 3 besides 2 single beds.
The view of the sea surrounded by green hills is wonderful from each of the apartments. The sea is transparent and at good temperature in summertime. The sea is at 60m from the villa and is acessible either by ramp either by road The beach is 100m away from the villa with sand and a larger one by the the Hotel Ferral with pebbles. At around 500m is the sandy beach of Istruga.
A receiver of satellite television is installed in every apartment allowing the reception of 300 channels perfectly clear for example TV5, Arte, CNN, BBC, SKY, RAI , RTP, TVE, DW etc..

Near the entrance of the 2d floor apartments, a washing machine will be installed in a closet. The 3rd floor includes two apartments nº-A- where I live and nº 0, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a larger livingroom. This apartment is luxuriously furnished. There is also a terrace outside the living. And one outside one of the bedrooms.

Basic information: Village and harbor in one of the bays on the southern side of the island of Korcula, 19 km east of Vela Luka and 4 km from Smokvica. Thanks to its position, it has favorable climate and is protected from the Bura wind in winter. It is known for vineyards and the wines Rukatac and Posip. The gastronomic offer includes fish specialties and the already mentioned excellent wines that go well with Dalmatian cuisine. Founded in the 19th century with the purpose of exporting wine from the island to the mainland, Brna is nowadays more oriented towards tourism and offers holiday and accommodation facilities. The pebble and sandy beaches surrounded by bushes and pine trees are characteristic for this area. The beautiful sea abundant in fish makes this destination very attractive for fishing and sailing enthusiasts, whereas the islets and cliffs dispersed in front of Brna are a challenge for skippers. It is connected to the mainland by ferry lines from Split to the town of Korcula or Vela Luka or from Orebic to the town of Korcula.
Additional facilities: Interesting cultural sites are located in the place of Smokvica. There, you can visit Baroque houses, fortalices of Korcula’s aristocrats and the parish church Ociscenje Blazene Djevice Marije that was built at the beginning of the century on the foundations of a 17th century church. In the vicinity of Brna lies the bay of Istruga, known for medicinal mud that is used by the locals who believe that it has beneficial effects.
We recommend: Visits to the surroundings, the place of Blato with fortalices and houses of historic value, the town of Vela Luka, nowadays a ferry port, in the past a place where the first Greek colony on the island was founded, Vela spilja Cave, a Neolithic archeological site above Vela Luka, the place of Smokvica, known for its Baroque houses, the village of Cara, famous for the celebration Gospa od Carskog polja. In the place of Smokvica, we recommend visits to Baroque houses, fortalices of Korcula’s aristocrats and the parish church Ociscenje Blazene Djevice Marije that was, at the beginning of the century, built on the foundations of a 17th century church.
