Beautiful Villa with 12 Individually Decorated Rooms

The Papillon Garden Bar Villa, has been around since 1986, then under the name Fontana Hotel & Restaurant. So we were already here, when tourism was still in its infancy in Kenya and are convinced to keep our property Family.

In our well-being, peace and relaxation is in order. Here you specify the tempo. We are constantly striving to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

The villa has 12 rooms individually decorated. Between the two apartment houses is our swimming pool. In the under part of the estate in the large garden, there is a Makuti Bar which is open 24 hours. Also here you can find our grill. Offered are typical country as well as international dishes. A special concern is your safety, the facility is guarded 24 hours.

All rooms are equipped with queen size beds, ceiling fan, mosquito net, TV, balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet and sockets. Air conditioning is only in some rooms. The rooms are cleaned daily. Hot water is available in all rooms of 6.30-10Uhr and 18-22Uhr. The villa is equipped with an emergency generator, thereby bridging the current lots of time which unfortunately is here in Mombasa on the agenda. The water supply is an issue in Kenya. Here we have a private well of you basically always makes water available.

The story of Papillon

In 1986, the family Oser with other partners, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hotel Fontana. The name was chosen because of the large fountain that flourished in the middle of the restaurant. 1990-94 has Famillie Oser over the hotel plus the property extends to the beach property. In 1995, the couple Isolated Oser and it was taken over by Mrs Oser. The beach property was transferred back to the Besizer. Mr. Oser devoted himself to his passion, adventure safaris. 2009, Fontana was renamed Papillon there was no more fountain and it was a new life. 2012 in January recite woman Oser the property by your sudden death. Their 2 children have taken over this property and are to this day still there.,

Location:

The Papillon is located about 12km north of the city of Mombasa, Bamburi the place. Depending on traffic, it is the Moi International Airport 20- 50 minutes. We are directly accessible from the main road. The publicly accessible sandy beach is not far away from the villa. You can ski sports activities such as volleyball, jet skiing, wind surfing, glass bottom boat, snorkeling, etc. exercise. In addition, here are restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors.
