Beautiful farmhouse with annex in a panoramic position in the green hills which overlook the small town of Levanto and its beach (both ca. 2 km away ), ideal for excursions to the region of the Cinque Terre. The house which is divided into 2 communicating apartments has a large terrace with a swimming pool from which you enjoy a beautiful view over the gulf of Levanto.
The private parking is at 100 m distance from the house and is reachable by a small footpath. In the garden there are also 2 Jacuzzi (can be heated) and equipped green areas with barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. From the garden you have access to the annex which has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Distances: Bonassola 6,5 km, Vernazza (Cinque Terre) 20 km, La Spezia 35 km, the Versilian coast 75 km, Genoa 80 km.
