From Pisa Airport, train to Livorno. Station bus for center city stop piazza Attias (150 mt far from our house)

L'appartement très bien, propre, fonctionnel et confortable, très bien situé en pleins coeur du centre ville sans les inconvénients. Des propriétaires adorables et discrets. Livourne est une très belle ville et on y mange très bien et pas chère. Merci a Guido et Carla pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse les enfants garderont un magnifique souvenir de leur vacances en Toscane et nous aussi.

By : Anonymous on July : 2014 Nello scrivere questa recensione, vorrei iniziare dalla conclusione della nostra breve vacanza a Livorno: la partenza dalla casa del signor Guido, che ci ha lasciato un gran desiderio di tornare presto. L'appartamento è veramente molto bello, collocato in un palazzo di pregio centrale e vicino alla casa natale di Amedeo Modigliani (pochi numeri civici prima); assolutamente ben arredato e con a disposizione libri di diverso tipo, oltre a materiale informativo sulla città (mappa, opuscoli eccetera). L'ubicazione permette di raggiungere con facilità - anche a piedi - i diversi luoghi di interesse che Livorno offre: Villa Mimbelli col Museo Fattori; il Museo di storia naturale del Mediterraneo (stessa Via a dieci minuti di distanza) il quartiere della Venezia, l'acquario, il lungomare. Infine vorrei cogliere l'occasione per ringraziare ancora una volta il signor Guido, ospite perfetto e cortesissimo, come pure sua moglie, la gentile signora Carla.

L'appartement est bien situé, mais il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine ( une seule poêle et encore toute gondolée ) Il faudrait également une machine à laver. Un des matelas du canapé-lit est défoncé . L'appartement est idéal pour deux personnes. L'inconvénient c'est pour la voiture. Le propriétaire nous a loué son parking 35 Euros pour la semaine. Car dans la rue, c'est réservé aux habitants de ce quartier.
By : levi s. on February : 2014 Ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento del Sig.Guido dal 15/02/2014 al 27/02/2014. L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, il Sig. Guido e la moglie sono persone estremamente cordiali e disponibili a fornire eventuali consigli sulla città, sempre attenti alle esigenze dei loro osipiti. Mai invadenti, hanno reso il soggiorno davvero gradevole, è stato come sentirsi a casa. L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, pulito, dotato di ogni attrezzatura. La posizione in cui è situato è perfetta in quanto a due passi dalla centralissima Piazza Attias e con una passeggiata si arriva comodamente anche al mare. Molto carino anche il terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso in quanto non affaccia sulla via (ad ogni modo per niente trafficata). Materasso e cuscini comodissimi, all'arrivo siamo state omaggiate di una bottiglia d'olio toscano, un gesto molto gradito. La zona è servitissima in quanto centrale, supermercato praticamente sotto casa e centro storico a pochi minuti a piedi.Il palazzo è storico e fantastico, un'opera d'arte. Se tornerò a Livorno soggiornerò sicuramente in questo appartamento. Grazie ancora ai proprietari che hanno reso il soggiorno così gradevole.
By : I M. on October : 2013 This flat is quiet, clean, beautiful and in a very good location. You can reach most places by foot, but there are also lots of buses around. I especially appreciated the little terrace, the lift, the wifi and the easy access by bus to the Terrazza Mascagni for gorgeous sunsets. Guido and Carla were the most amiable and helpful hosts and everything in the flat worked without problems. I do hope to return soon!

Touit a fait confortable, tout était prévu pour que nous puissions séjourner dans les meilleures conditions.c' est agréable de pouvoir disposer d'une location en plein centre ville avec une petite terrasse et de n'entendre que le bruit des mouettes et des cigales! Parfait!

They gave us every information we needed and treated us very well. We would highly recommend to take advantage of their offer to everyone!

By : Maria J. on August : 2011 We felt all around very comfortable, not only because it came across better than described on the internet, but also because the renters were very amiale and helpful hosts. They have provided to us not only the first basic equipment as for example towels, soap, washing-up liquids, cleaning agents, toilet paper, napkins, dry cloths, sugar, salt, jam... free of charge but also water, wine, olive oil and a plate of fresh fruits. The location is optimum for exploring of the close and far-out surroundings – with and without car-. Even a very well sorted supermarket is in the vicinity as well as a baker. Also we were taken with the mentality of the "Livornesi". They are friendly, helpful and amicable. The flat is absolutely recommendable!"
