The Villa is modern, consisting of 3 zones quadratically that together result in the complete structure of the house. The entrance area to the plot of the villa has a capacity for 2 cars. It has no garage, On the ground floor there is a lounge with direct access to the terrace and access to both the kitchen.
The kitchen is elongated and fund it has access to laundry. Of the 4 bedroom house, three of which are located on the ground floor which corresponds to a spacious bathroom with bathtub. The outside terrace is so beautiful house not only because of its size but also by the view offered to the pool and large garden of 700m2.
