La Fleurie is a converted barn with 3 en suite bedrooms and a private pool
The Winemaker's House in Mirepeisset has two 3 bedroom Gites both with swimming pools and is an ideal base for exploring the Languedoc- Roussillon area.
LA FLEURIE Gite. Constructed from the Old Barn, LA FLEURIE offers a two-story, 3 bedroom accommodation comfortably sleeping 6, furnished to a high standard. It has shuttered French doors opening from the Courtyard into a spacious and stunning Salon, rising to the roof, featuring the Barn's 400 year-old stone wall.
There are stairs on the side of the living area leading up to a gallery walkway, which leads to and separates the two upstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms are twin beds with en suite shower, wc, & basin, with velux windows in the old tiled roof.
Off to one side of the living area on the ground floor is the double Master Bedroom with shuttered window and en suite shower/bath, wc, and basin.
The central living area is equipped with comfortable furniture and Cable TV showing free to view UK channels. Full Wi-Fi is also provided.
On the opposite side of the living room is the dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen, with shuttered windows and French doors which lead onto the patio and pool area, reserved for your private use.
The pool is 4 meters x 8 meters ( 12 feet x 24 feet ), and is set in an enclosed landscaped courtyard with a regulation safety fence available. There are tables and chairs, a BBQ, sun beds with comfortable cushions, parasols. There are also pool toys and floats. In order to ensure your privacy, pool and garden maintenance will be done by pre-arrangement with our guests.
LA FLEURIE is tiled throughout the ground floor, has parking facilities on the property with a gate; the windows have curtains and shutters. There is a CD player, and a washing machine, as well as dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and hob, and of course, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers, toaster, etc. Linen and towels are included (and special beach towels can also be provided)

Mirepeisset is a thriving village with history going back to the Romans and ideally placed to explore the Languedoc. A great choice of beaches lie within 30-40 minutes drive,the Canal du Midi is only minutes away and Narbonne and Beziers are within easy reach.
Wine lovers will be spoiled for choice and for the more adventurous there is kayaking on the River Orb and even white water rafting in the Pyrenees. There are restaurants and mini supermarket in the village and there is a wide choice of other restaurants in earby villages such as Le Somail.

On arrival, Roger and Jane were there to welcome us and show us round the delightful property. It is very clean and the all the furniture, beds, bedding and towels are all of a high standard. Roger and Jane where extremely helpful without being obtrusive. The pool area was beautifully kept, the pool was spotless and warm, though not heated, considering the time of year ! . We would recommend this property to everyone who enjoys a high standard of accommodation. There is a local convenience store and restaurant two minutes walk away and supermarkets etc only 5 mins drive

Roger and Jane were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very much at home and had lots of great local tips The Gite is a converted barn but does not feel like one and has been very tastefully developed and decorated and has two identical upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs bed room all three of which have ensuites . It is clean, tidy and spacious and great for a family with excellent indoor /outdoor flow, a very functional kitchen and a nice outdoor area to relax , eat outdoors and enjoy the pool. Parking is right on the property outside the front door. The Boulangerie is a short 5 min stroll and supermarkets a 5-6 min drive . It is in a very quiet village but with many great towns and villages in the vicinity. We found more to do than we could fit in a week.

We Stayed in La Fleurie for 2 weeks in August! Had a wonderful relaxing holiday! The Villa was a great base for exploring the beautiful area, Well equipped and immaculate!! The Pool was an added bonus after a hot day exploring!! The owners and Lupin the dog were brilliant hosts and knowledgable of the area!! Lovely village location with a cute shop and a couple of restaurants all walking distance! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again as soon as possible!! Fantastic

Payment Policy
|
Guests are asked to pay a 25% deposit on booking (or the full amount if 8 weeks or less before start date)
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to start date.
Normal change over day is Saturday (1630 check in, 1030 check out)
Guests are asked to pay a £200 refundable damage deposit prior to start date.

Cancelation Policy
|
In the event of a cancellation, the 25% deposit will be retained by us. However, we shall try to re-let the property. If we are successful, we shall retain any expenses or losses incurred in so doing but refund you the rest. If however, we are unable to re-let the property, the following shall apply:
1.) Between 60 and 90 days: 50% of paid deposit refunded, or 75% if the full price was paid, unless re-let.
2.) Between 30 and 60 days: 50% of the full price refunded, unless re-let.
3.) Less than 30 days: 25% of the full price refunded, unless re-let.
4.) 14 or less days: no refund, unless able to re-let.
The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have cover for the party’s personal belongings, and public liability, since these are not covered by the owners insurance.
