Payment Policy

Information request
Requests for further information may be made by completing the on-line form or using a simple e-mail

When you receive confirmation that the Apartment is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible.

Down payment
When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount.
This down payment may be made as follows:

Bank transfer
When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid in Cash or Traveler’s checks upon arrival to the house.

Cancelation Policy

The % returned is based on the total price for customers stay.

IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT GIVE A THIRTY DAY NOTICE, 30% DEPOSIT IS NOT RETURNED.

Less than 30 days depending on circumstances, and at owners discretion, they will decide if any & how much is to be returned.
