6 Bed/6 Bath/Stonebridge Resort/Luxury Villa/Sleeps up 20
This home consists of two 3 bedroom and 3 bath , side by side units on the garden level, at the STONEBRIDGE RESORT, that sleep up to 10 guests each, located just minutes from Silver Dollar City!! These villas have beautiful views of the greens at the Ledgestone Golf course, as they back to the Thirteenth Tee.
Each unit accommodates up to 10 guests, so you could have up to 20 people in your group. This is a great place to have your family and friends gather! The villas are located in the Fairways of the Stonebridge Resort and back to the Ledgestone Golf Course 13th Tee. They have gorgeous views of the greens from the Living Room and Bedrooms. Stonebridge is a private, gated, country club community, only minutes from Silver Dollar City, and the Indian Point Marina and State Park on Table Rock Lake.
The villas have garden level screened patios with golf course views & 1600 SF of living space each! 3200 sq ft in all. The large master suites have king size beds, 32 in LCD TVs, Blu-Ray players/internet apps(netflix, pandora radio) sitting areas, large walk-in closets, and screened patio access. The master baths are equipped with large jetted tubs, double sinks, and separate showers.
The second bedrooms have a queen size bed, 40 in LED TV with blu-ray player, and a semi-private bath.
The third bedrooms have two queen beds, sitting areas, and small tables with two additional dining chairs. They have 40 in LED TVs with blu-ray players, and Wii game systems, and private baths with separate dressing areas and bathing areas. PLEASE NOTE: THIS BEDROOM IS NOT INCLUDED ON A TWO BEDROOM RENTAL.
For your convenience we have a porta-crib and an umbrella stroller for the little ones.
The fully equipped kitchens include a full sized fridge with ice maker, a smooth top stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. At breakfast time you'll enjoy our double sided Belgian Waffle maker. There's even a stack-able washer and dryer in case you need to wash.
In Unit 2, the dining area has a table that seats six, an adjacent desk that seats two and a personal computer for your use. Unit one has a dining table with a butterfly leaf that seats 6-8 and a bar that seats 4. We have wireless high speed internet throughout and a Wii game system and games.

This community was beautiful. 3 pools! The 1st one we saw was super tiny but then realized there were others! Wow! The units were stocked with everything and was very nice! Our family enjoyed every minute. My dad is handicapped and getting to finally enjoy the outdoors meant everything to him. He sat on the screened in oversized porch for hours watching the golfers. We ate breakfast out on the patio every morning. So close to everything! I will be back and rent these units again.

Ideal location for celebrating our 50th anniversary with our three children and their families. We rented two units, giving plenty of room for everyone, all impressed with the facilities. We walked to the pool, appreciated the privacy provided by the gated entrance and lovely surroundings. Grandkids said this was better than any hotel.

This was a first cousin's reunion with 27 people. Todd and Lisa were oh so gracious enough to allow us to have 11 people in one of the condos that slept 10, my mother who had been ill. We weren't used to the keycode usage and had to contact Todd and Lisa at least 6-7 times on Friday and Saturday and both days, and all times, they were sweet and very helpful and fixed the problems we probably caused. We had two engaged couples in our family and one of them I know is probably going to come back and stay for a honeymoon. the condos were clean, they provided every imaginable amenity, golf clubs, tennis rackets, toys for the kids. there was a pool close by which was closed on one of the days, but we simply went to the other pools. We were close to a Country Mart grocery store so you didn't have to travel to Branson and thru traffic to get necessities. The entire family loved this place. So if anyone is looking for a quiet place to rest, relax or enjoy the sights of Branson and Table Rock Lake, this is it.

The property is everything that was advertised and more. Our family met in Branson to celebrate my dads 80th birthday. The property was beautiful, the amenities abundant. Both units were very well equipped and well stocked with all the basics. We took advantage of the Golf, swimming and tennis. The units easily accommodated our group of 4 different households. Overall, our entire family had a great time. We would recommend this property to anyone making a visit to the Branson area.

We stayed at this condo for a family reunion in Branson. Excellent communication with the owners, very clean living space, close to everything (grocery/tourism/lake), as advertised. Highly recommend!
