A Wonderful Spacious Flat on the Upper Floor of a Two Storey House
The space
Warm atmosphere created by the personal taste of the owner.You can relax at the cosy living room, have dinner on the balcony under the moon light or just sit and watch the Aegean sea in this amazing place.

The neighborhood
The house is 2 min walk from the little square of the village where you can find a mini market, restaurants and cafes. The place is so calm that it's no wonder that our visitors call it 'a little paradise'
Getting around
Bus stop 2 min walk, parking space outside the house.
Other things to note
In August the area is full of tourists (but never crowded) and the sea is often wavy so this time of the year is recommended for those who are fond of having fun and experiencing adventure.

The house is even more lovely than in the pictures. It is an amazing place and I would absolutely recommend it. The hosts were brilliant as well - very warm and friendly and we had no problems at all with anything! Would love to go there again :)

We have greatly enjoyed our two-week vacation in the second half of august in Christina's apartment.
The location could not be better: the veranda opens straight on to beach and to the sea, with fantastic sea views.
As it is on the upper floor of the house, the views extend far out in all directions. You can enjoy your meals soaking up the views accompanied by the sound of waves.
The sitting room is tastefully decorated and is linked to veranda through a huge door, so it is also open to the sea.
The main bedroom is also nicely decorated and also enjoys sea views through its own balcony.
The second bedroom is the only one not facing the sea, but still has mountain views through the balcony.
There is plenty of space for up to four adults.
The beach in Chorefto is one of the best we have been to: the water is warm and crystal clear, especially on calm days, and there are not many people around, so you can always have a nice secluded spot near the water.
In general Chorefto seems to be visited mainly by Greeks (although there are of course foreigners), so it retains relaxed, not too touristy atmosphere.
There are other excellent beaches within 30 min drive, such as Saranta, Papa Nero and Ntamouchari.
In general Pelion is a fantastic area (mountains are green and lush in contrast to many islands) and I am sure we will be back, hopefully again to Christina's beach house.

Christina was an excellent host, very welcoming and hospitable making us feel at home! She shared with us very useful tips about the area and was always available to help us with anything that we needed. Upon our arrival, the property was ready for us, clean and fully equipped to facilitate our stay even for our one year old daughter (baby cot, toys etc). The place was amazing, one doorstep away from the beach – exactly as depicted in the photos.

Christina immediately replied to our request about taking our pet dog with us. She is great, helpful, friendly and attentive. A very welcoming host eager to help us out by proposing restaurants and beautiful beaches near by. Her husband even arranged for us to have fresh fish on a tavern near by!!!!! The flat is very comfy and well equipped. It is just how it is portrayed on the photos, spacious enough for 4 persons and a dog. It is one of the few houses of Chorefto literally on the beach. You open the gate and you step on a long beach with crystal clear waters. The sea view from the balcony especially on sunrise was incredible!!! I definitely recommend it.

Payment Policy

Information request
Requests for further information may be made by completing the on-line form or using a simple e-mail.
When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible.
Down payment
When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount.
This down payment may be made as follows:
Bank transfer
When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid 1 week prior to the check-in date.

Cancelation Policy

|
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
