The apartments are currently renovated and they will be available from mid May and onwards. Some renovations include:
1) Glass booths in showers (Previously there was only curtain).
2) Faster wifi in all the houses.
3) Kids rooms will be decorated with the themes of Lord of the rings, Star Wars and Harry Potter
4) Safelocks added in all houses so guests can safely store their items.

Payment Policy

Information request
Requests for further information may be made by completing the on-line form or using a simple e-mail.
When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible.
Down payment
When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount.
This down payment may be made as follows:
Bank transfer
When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid 1 week prior to the check-in date.

Cancelation Policy
|
|
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
