You must pay a down payment equal to 30% of the rental amount at the time of booking. This payment will confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. See conditions of sale
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation. Your deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled date of your stay.
Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures at 12 am.
For the short stay you will be asked 100 € for the cleaning of the Villa.
