Information request
Requests for further information may be made by completing the one line platform.
When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment ( see below for details) within 48 hours, communicating the details as soon as possible.
Down payment
When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% of the total amount. This down payment may be made as follows :
Bank transfer
When you have made the down payment, and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking vie e-mail. The balance of the agrees amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival to the house.

Cancelation Policy
|
|
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fees will be charged
If cancelled or modifies up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30% fee will be charged
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In any case, you have to pay 15Euros , cleaning fees for the during oy your stay
