In total, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with three beds (one double, one 1.05 and one 90) and another 2 bedrooms with a double bed. Central heating throughout the house.

Beautiful House In a perfect location.

Casa Rural Jose María is set in the historic quarter of Cazorla, within the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas National Park. This 4-bedroom holiday home has a patio with barbecue.

Divided over 2 floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The ground floor has a bathroom, bedroom, dining area and lounge with sofas and fireplace.

Upstairs you can find 3 bedrooms, a seating area with TV and sofas, a kitchen with hob and microwave, and a second bathroom.

Collado del Almendral Nature Reserve is 30 km from the property and Úbeda is 43 km away. There is a free private parking space. Firewood is provided for free.

By : Juan on September : 2017 The owners are exceptional people, they welcomed us with open arms and told us everything we could do in the area and the routes we could trace with our motorcycles. By the way, they offered us a garage to store them. The accommodation is very beautiful, according to the beauty of the area, spacious, well equipped and with a terrace where we were very comfortable. Thank you Jose Antonio and Belén for your infinite hospitality. We will definitely return.

Payment Policy

Please Note that- Availability in this property is on request. When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. Down payment:- When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount. and the balance(remaining 50%) is paid in cash on arrival. This down payment may be made as follows: 1. Via Bank transfer Bank transfer When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid in Cash upon arrival to the house.

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
