The stunning location of our residence gives you the opportunity to discover all the beauties of Trikala and Ziria and enjoy unique experiences within minutes, at the ski resort, at Doxa Lake, at Lake Dassio and at Karia.

Payment Policy

Please Note that- Availability in this property is on request. When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. Down payment:- When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount. and the balance(remaining 50%) is paid 10 days prior to the check in date. This down payment may be made as follows: 1. Via Bank transfer Bank transfer When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail.

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
