Payment Policy

The reservation will not be effective until it is confirmed by email and meets the requirements stipulated in the reservation conditions. When the reservation is made sufficiently in advance, it will be effective upon payment of 40% of the amount. The rest of the cost will be paid upon arrival of the clients and delivery of the keys. The form of payment can be made both by bank transfer and by bizum. The days are counted by overnight stays starting at 5:00 p.m. and ending at the same time the next day, but this schedule can be adapted. It is necessary to communicate the time of arrival and departure in advance. Consult the admission of pets. During the stay, the cleaning of the house corresponds to the clients.

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
